IP allowlisting

If your firewall or WAF requires IP allowlisting for inbound webhooks, you must allowlist the Jeeves egress IPs for your environment.

Email api-support@tryjeeves.com to obtain the current production and sandbox egress IP ranges.

Warning — IP addresses may change

IP addresses may change with infrastructure updates. Jeeves notifies customers in advance — review your allowlist whenever you receive a notification.

TLS requirements

• Your endpoint must present a certificate signed by a trusted CA
• Self-signed certificates are rejected at delivery time
• TLS 1.2 minimum; TLS 1.3 recommended
